Tres réduit à l'ouverture, grosse aération impérative. AprÚs un beau jus frais et digeste!
Second time posting this because the difference between the two bottles couldnât have been more stated. Juiciest dried apricots jumped out of this. You could almost feel yourself chewing into one. A bit sweaty on the nose but so different to the two other bottles Iâve tried.
Beau fruit et belle texture, vin profond avec du caractĂšre mais une belle fraĂźcheur.

The darling is back! Thatâs Arianna natch. Smooth so smooth. Was told this is the midpoint bet Paola Bea and a juice light red. Sure!

Le déjeuner sicilien classique... Pane "cunzatu" e vino rosso. Toujours l'excellent vin naturel SP68 d'Arianna Occhipinti, mais dans sa version rouge, cette fois (70% Frappato, 30% Nero D'Avola).

LâSP68 Rosso di Arianna Occhipinti Ăš un vino rosso giovane, polposo e inebriante. Delicato e sincero, a tratti rustico, ma sempre diretto e gustoso. Un vino dal nome della strada provinciale che passa accanto alla vigna, capace di raccontare il sapore del sole e la freschezza di questa terra.
Cherries and strawberries in the nose. Earthy and notes of licorice. Red currant taste, balanced acidity. Easy Sicilian :-)
Slate and earth overpower the ripe red fruit hiding underneath. Extremely chalky tannins. Not sure if I should have left this longer, drank earlier in the meal or decanted early. Still interesting though.
