Voilà le rare trésor de Cahors un bloc de fruit confit d'amour du terroir de son grand-père. Un bloc d'une unique parcelle la plus belle de mas Del périé. Un bloc du vigneron fabien jouves roche ferrugineuse et joyeuse de Cahors un "rectangle" d'agneau grillé au romarin et piment d'espelette pour l'accompagner, solide. Je l'ai dégusté trop jeune, l impatience, son oxydation, de gorgé en gorgé, me le révélé. Aah boire!!
