Très grosse quille. Les 15° passent comme une caresse. Avec le chevreuil c'était sublime.
La texture en bouche est magnifique. Ce vin est aérien, profond, gourmand. Le nez met un peu plus de temps à s'exprimer. Cela semble être bien stable; ce n'est pas le cas de tous les vins du domaine...
