The estate is spread over three municipalities: Vicq-le-Fesq, which hosts the winery housed in a former blue clay silkworm from the 12th century and three hectares (Grenache and Mouvèdre) Souvignargues and Aujargues for three other hectares, exclusively in Grenache. According to peasant common sense, the vineyard is worked with respect for the living. With this in mind, the Raïole breed was introduced on the farm in autumn 2013, hardy ewes from Piedmont Cévenol. Their presence promotes soil life. In addition to the presence of sheep, the old vines intended for the production of great wines are worked without any mechanical intervention. Treatments on the vines, when necessary, are carried out based on herbal teas and essential oils. After sorting carried out directly in the vineyard, the entirely manual harvest is done in boxes in order to respect the integrity of the fruit. The vinifications are carried out in a natural way, by indigenous yeasts, without any adjuvant and without sulphur. Grapes, full stop. Le domaine se répartit sur trois communes :

Vicq-le-Fesq, qui accueille la cuverie logée dans une ancienne magnanerie en argile bleue du XIIème siècle et trois hectares (Grenache et Mouvèdre) Souvignargues et Aujargues pour trois autres hectares,  exclusivement en Grenache.

Selon le bon sens paysan, le vignoble est travaillé dans le respect du vivant. Dans cette optique, fut introduite à l'automne 2013 dans l'exploitation, la race Raïole, brebis rustiques originaires du Piémont Cévenol. Leur présence favorise la vie des sols.

Outre la présence des brebis, les vieilles vignes destinées à la production des grands vins, sont travaillées sans aucune intervention mécanique.

Les traitements sur les vignes, lorsqu'ils sont nécessaires, sont effectués à base de tisanes de plantes et d'huiles essentielles.

Après un tri effectué directement à la vigne, les vendanges entièrement manuelles se font en caissettes afin de respecter l'intégrité du fruit.

Les vinifications sont réalisées de manière naturelle, par levures indigènes, sans aucun adjuvant et sans soufre.

Du raisin, point barre.

Afin d'assurer la qualité de nos vins, la mise en bouteille s'effectue par gravité après une insignifiante adjonction de soufre avoisinant les 1 à 1,5 grammes par hectolitre.
