It is above all the story of Marine and Axel, young winegrowers harvesting from the Loire settled in 2022 on 4.5 hectares and 2.5 hectares of certified organic fallow land. The farm is located in Touraine not far from the Château de Chenonceau. The vines and the soil are worked with a tractor, keeping more than half of the grass. From the harvest, we make every effort to ensure the quality of our wines, without inputs and with little sulphur. The harvest is done by hand in boxes to keep the grapes intact. We set up a gentle and very little interventionist vinification to best reveal our terroirs and the different aromas of our grape varieties.
