We are big fans of Nestarec's wines in general. But Grüner Veltliner is not just my grape. I find the taste a bit too green for my palate. The wine did open after a while and the "greenish flavor" was not as distinct as in the beginning.
Wine from South Moravia. Grüner Veltliner from 40 + years old vineyards and Riesling, half skin-macerated, half direct-press. Protected with flor yeast during aging in acacia barrel. Fruity & citrusy! Great!
