Je m’appelle Pauline, ardéchoise d’origine. Issue du monde des médias, je suis tombé sur la route des vins grâce à mon expérience avec l’équipe Carafons pour laquelle j’ai travaillé plusieurs années et par lequel j’ai pu rencontrer plusieurs vigneron(nes) qui m’ont transmis cette passion et fortement inspirer. J’ai fait mes classes chez Jean Delobre à la ferme des sept lunes et chez Daniel Sage. C’est ainsi que naissent les premiers jus de la petite nature en 2019.
