The particularity of the estate is to have a magnificent limestone soil with red clays at great depth. Located to the north of the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, it has a nice cool climate. Biodynamic management since 2006 and manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes make it possible to vinify healthy grapes and to vat without pumping, without oenological products and by gravity. The very long maceration in the form of grape infusion and the aging carried out according to the principles of biodynamics in different pieces of wood refine the tannins. Bottling by us by gravity respects the delicate matter of the wine. Since 2016, the estate has been evolving towards aging in large sandstone amphorae in order to enhance the finesse of the wines.
