My history with wine begins in my childhood when my father transmitted to me the passion for the vine and the production of wines, especially traditional wines from Malaga. From a very young age, I loved collaborating in the cultivation of the vineyard, the harvesting of the grapes and the production of the wines. We made these wines in a natural, artisanal and familiar way, for our own consumption and sale to our friends and family. It was at the end of 2017 when I began to develop my personal project, making natural wines, pure wines, without additives or aggressive treatments that, in my opinion, take the soul out of wines. In 2018 I made my first natural wines, from traditional vineyards in the province of Malaga, with minority grape varieties, some in danger of disappearing. Since then, I have been making natural wines of different styles: sparkling, white, red, sweet. I defend the NO use of chemical products in the field and in the winery. I believe that in this way the cultivated plants are stronger and a HARMONY can be achieved between the plants and the rest of the beings that inhabit and/or are related to the cultivation. Also that the grapes of the plants cultivated in this way are fruits with greater VITALITY, which gives us the opportunity to make a good pure wine. The elaboration of our wines is quite simple: manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation, aging and bottling. NO additives are added (sulfites, acids, yeasts...), nor are they filtered or stabilized in a forced way.
