After my rugby career, and as I approached my forties, the call of the earth became too strong. Since 2013, I cultivate, with passion, 12 ha of vines in Bio (Organic Certification since 1999) and Biodynamics in the town of Gignac in the Hérault, 25 km north west of Montpellier. The vineyard is located on the foothills of the Causse d'Aumelas in a natural setting, on a very qualitative terroir, classified for the most part in AOP Languedoc/Grés de Montpellier. The grape variety is made up of the main Languedoc grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan; and also Merlot and Chardonnay. The oldest vines are over 70 years old. The average yield is 25 hl/ha. The harvest is done by hand in boxes, with sorting in the vineyard. Vinification in indigenous yeasts and without oenological inputs. I practice gentle vinification which allows me to produce authentic wines. We have been implementing biodynamic practices for a few years, the estate has been certified by the DEMETER label since 2020.

Depuis 2013, je cultive, avec passion,  12 ha de vigne en Bio (Certification Bio depuis 1999) et Biodynamie sur la commune de Gignac dans l'Hérault, à 25 km au nord ouest de Montpellier.
Le  vignoble est situé sur les contreforts du Causse d’Aumelas dans un écrin de nature, sur un terroir très qualitatif, classé en grande partie en AOP Languedoc/Grés de Montpellier.
L'encépagement est composé des principaux cépages du Languedoc : Syrah, Grenache Noir et Carignan; et également de Merlot et Chardonnay. Les vignes les plus anciennes sont âgées de plus de 70 ans.
Le rendement moyen est de 25 hl/ha. 
Les vendanges se font à la main en caissettes, avec tri à la vigne.
Vinification en levures indigènes et sans intrants oenologiques.
Je pratique une vinification douce qui permet d’élaborer de vins authentiques.
Nous mettons en oeuvre les pratiques biodynamiques depuis quelques années, le domaine est certifié par le label DEMETER depuis 2020.
