For 15 years, we trained in the vineyard and in the cellar in France (Cornas, Fleuris, Forez, Auvergne and Burgundy) and many years abroad (Australia and New Zealand). In 2019, we decided to put our suitcases down in Aspiran where we acquired our first plots. Our vines are between 10 and 98 years old, they are spread over 6 hectares, We have the grape varieties adapted to the south of France, such as Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Clairette and Carignan Blanc. The vast majority of the plots had been cultivated without any synthetic product for many years. The entire vineyard is conducted in organic farming with respect for the living in order to best express our beautiful terroirs (villafranchian clay-limestone and Villafranchian clay-basalt) but also in an innovative way to deal with climate change. All the grapes are picked manually in boxes of 14 kg. Vatting whole bunches or not, indigenous yeasts and without any input apart from a minimal dose of sulfur if necessary for certain wines. Our goal is to have maximum pleasure in our work, this translates into generous wines that are shared in moments of conviviality and letting go.
