The Mas de la Lune is: 2 lovers, passionate about wine and life 1 blow of heart for the valley of the Agly, the Fenouillèdes and its soil of Schiste and Marnes black, 6 hectares worked in biodynamics, 300 meters above sea level. Grenache Gris, macabeu, carignan, syrah and mourvèdre. In the vineyards, mainly horsetail, meadow queen, yarrow, essential oils and biodynamic treatments ... Manual harvesting. In the winery, methods of winemaking without inputs and with the least possible suffering (see not at all when possible!) Bio Ecocert certification label in progress (2nd year of conversion)

Elle avait la tête dans les étoiles, il avait les pieds sur terre : au clair de la lune, ils ont rêvé un vin respectueux de la nature et du consommateur … c’est ainsi qu’en 2017, après s’être formés à la biodynamie auprès du domaine Causse Marine, Vanessa & Matthieu  font leurs premiers pas pour des vins authentiques et identi-terre dans la pratique d’une agriculture respectueuse de l’environnement !

Le Mas de la Lune c’est : 
2 amoureux, passionnés de vin et du vivant 
1 coup de coeur pour la vallée de l’Agly, le Fenouillèdes  et son terroir de Schiste et de Marnes noires,

Dans les vignes, essentiellement des décoctions de prêle, de reine des prés, d’achillée , des huiles essentielles et des traitements en biodynamie … 
Des vendanges manuelles.

Au Chai, des méthodes de vinification sans intrants et avec le moins de souffre possible ( voir pas du tout quand c’est possible ! ) 
Label de certification Bio écocert en cours ( 2 ème année de conversion)
