Mellow and fresh. Fruit forward and lots of bubbles, maybe a little oak at the end
Beaucoup de plaisir en bouche. Bulles très fines laissant un collet de mousse comme de la bière, d’où l’appellation « schaumwein ». Bien balancé. Festif. Pas trop sucré.
