We have been making since 2017, from the first wine with spontaneous fermentation and without oenological additives. Located in Barbera de la Conca. 25ha surface. Organic viticulture. Phytosanitary: copper, sulfur and admitted by the CCPAE. Infusions and decoctions of horsetail, nettle, willow... Contributions of cow dung and ecological compound. We use a tractor to work the land, apply treatments and harvest. Harvested by hand. All in contact with skins between days and months.
