Lovely fresh, slightly orange wine. Unfiltered, slightly cloudy. Looks beautiful. Pure albillo, the grape skins were allowed to macerate for 8 days during fermentation. Wonderful scent of fresh almonds, peach, and a whiff of dried apricot on a slightly earthy base. Very nice texture, the short skin contact was just enough to give the wine a bit of tannine and seriousness. Beautiful length and acidity. A delight!
Nice white or maybe orange wine, with sediments. I had it with salmon and it was perfect. Perfect for the price! Delicious!
