Once upon a time, Alix from Beaujolais and Benoît from Bordelais happily team up in Roussillon to produce little cannons. To put it simply, we work three hectares in Tautavel which we vinify in Latour de France. No inputs or synthetic chemicals either in the vineyard or in the cellar: just elbow grease because we don't want to hurt the planet or the drunkenness we love. We produce manually, slowly and gently around 2,000 pins/year, since 2019.
