The Domaine du Sablier is located in the heart of the Agly valley, on the terroirs of Latour-de-France, Montner, and Estagel. The plot is mainly made up of old vines, for a total of 2ha, which induces a lot of manual work. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts, gravity work, and small volumes ensure singular and authentic products. Sulfur can be used, only at harvest, if the sanitary condition requires it. Work according to the rules of AB since the creation in 2019, the domain is in the first year of certification in 2021
