Très fleuri, vif et frais, ce Sylvaner présente beaucoup d'élégance et une belle expression aromatique en bouche. Non filtré et non sulfité, il se marrie parfaitement avec la dorade grise. Un peu court en bouche, mais très glouglou.
Vif et frais comme un lapin de 6 semaines ! Une belle acidité, du pamplemousse et un zeste de citron. À boire dés le matin, Fou !
Des notes de citron, sec avec une légère acidité. Purchased at La Cave de Bacchus in Rouen
un bon vin d’alsace pour le prix. un peu amer au début, pas trop acide. un plaisir.
Nez sur les fruits à chair blanche avec une pointe d’agrumes. Bouche équilibrée maintenue en tension par une belle acidité. Grosse buvabilité.
