Villa Calicantus is a small organic and biodynamic winery in the heart of the Bardolino Classico area. Chiara and Daniele Delaini work 8 hectares of vineyards located on three of the best hills in the Classic area of Bardolino. From 8 hectares we produce between 30,000 and 40,000 bottles a year, based on the climatic trend of the year. We have been working in organic since the beginning, 2011, and in biodynamic since 2014. Ours is a high quality viticulture, in which the center of everything is the well-being and balance of the vine: only in this way can we obtain grapes capable of producing long-lived and complex wines. Our goal is to bring Bardolino back on the map of great Italian wines, through a rediscovery of the true identity of a wine with enormous potential. Villa Calicantus is also a farmhouse where you can enjoy a good glass of wine accompanied by local or homemade products. Guests can choose between a simple aperitif or a real wine tasting and a guided tour that represent a real journey into the world of natural wine.

Villa Calicantus è una piccola cantina biologica e biodinamica nel cuore del Bardolino Classico. Chiara e Daniele Delaini lavorano 8 ettari di vigne posizionate su tre delle migliori colline della zona Classica del Bardolino. Da 8 ettari produciamo tra le 30.000 e le 40.000 bottiglie annue, in base all’andamento climatico dell’annata. Lavoriamo in biologico dall’inizio, 2011, e in biodinamica dal 2014.
La nostra è una viticultura d’alta qualità, nella quale il centro di tutto è il benessere ed equilibrio della vite: solo così si può ottenere un’uva in grado di produrre vini longevi e complessi. Il nostro obbiettivo è quello di riportare il Bardolino sulla mappa dei grandi vini italiani, attraverso una riscoperta della vera identità di un vino dalle enormi potenzialità.
Villa Calicantus è anche un agriturismo in cui si può assaporare un buon bicchiere di vino accompagnato da prodotti locali o fatti in casa. Gli ospiti possono scegliere tra un semplice aperitivo oppure per una vera e propria degustazione di vino ed una visita guidata che rappresentano un vero viaggio nel mondo del vino naturale.
