Brut de cuve of the 2017 vintage of Lou Gressac. 100% syrah from Pays du Gard. Violently purple, like blackberry juice. It has a wonderful blackberry smell as well: very fragrant and summery nose. No hard tannins, just a light, elegant structure. Super juicy happy wine. Very much looking forward to drinking this slightly chilled this spring and summer! @Daxivin Amsterdam
