Chardonnay ouillé avec une légère pointe oxydative , gras tendu beau volume.
Déçu... Vraiment pas le meilleur des Didier Grappe goûtés et appréciés jusqu'à présent. Trop d'acidité. On va le garder voir ce que ça donne dans quelque temps.
Pur jus ! Il est long et il est fin comme son nom le suggère. Un excellent chardonnay pour ceux que la minéralité délecte ! Entre le chardonneret et le chardonnay, il n’y a que quelques lettres... et on les aime bien !
Deuxième volt de la dégustation des vins de Didier Grappe avec le Longefin. Très propre. Déjà plutôt bien en place malgré son jeune âge.
Sooo fresh! Citrus, pine forrest, nuts, cucumber (strange yeah?). In behind a subtle note of cherry candy. Totally dry with a lots is acidity. Lots of minerality! Soooo delicious! Good for food pairing, but also just to enjoy by itself.
Très très acide !! Même un peu aéré c'est gênant pour moi. Le lendemain c'est plus policé mais pas transcendant. J'ai bu meilleur et moins cher !!
