I’m the fourth generation who takes over the work on the family estate that is in Tállya, in the Tokaj Wine Region. In 2012, I started working on my own parcels. Along with my parents and with their support, I cultivate the vines following my ideas to make the wines as I imagine them. I want to present the uniqueness of our vineyards, pursuing the most natural way in the viticulture and winemaking as possible. The land where I work is growing year by year: it is currently 3 ha. I treat the wines organically, I use natural cover crops and we do every green work by hand. We harvest very carefully, selecting the grapes berry by berry. In the cellar, I have stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, and eggs. By the winemaking, the fermentation is spontaneous, I don’t use any additions, only a very low sulphur (less than 10 mg/l) when it is necessary, and I don’t do fining and filtration.
