Amphora, smooth and balanced, full body and intense with exotic fruits, citrus fruits and herbs, with a nice sapidity and freshness😍👏🏻
Ça sent aussi la ferme et la fermentation mais dans la douceur. Robe jaune paille trouble. Peu d'acidité et très doux avec des notes de coing et de végétal. Un côté kumquat et garrigue.
Fontanasanta Nosiola 2015 Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Mezzolombardo - Trento Giallo dorato brillante, intenso, consistente. Al naso balsamicità delicata, cumino, maggiorana, salvia, arricchita da una verve agrumata che ricorda la parte bianca del cedro, note floreali di fiori bianchi carnosi, magnolia, rosa bianca. Sorso fresco, tessitura scorrevole con un certo peso a fine di bocca, vibrante come un raso mosso dal vento. Sapidità e calore si fondono creando un volume quasi masticabile lasciando come ricordo una fisicità pugente simile al mirtillo disidratato, allo zenzero candito. Vigneto Fontanasanta di 3 ettari su suoli argilloso-calcarei. Fermentazione e maturazione in anfora, sulle bucce per 8 mesi. 12.5% Vol .
