Very long aftertaste, with hints of grapefruit and orange peel. Aromatic in the nose, but not at all too much in the mouth. Nice discovery from the Elzas!

Very aromatic, perfumed orange wine. Skin maceration for 21 days. Expressive colour, expressive nose, expressive taste. Has quite a bit more gewurztraminer in the mix than last year, hence the perfume: roses and apricots, ripe grapes. Very seductive, makes my mouth water. The taste is complex, delicate tannins, fraicheur, lovely acidity. Lovely wine. Too bad there is only a very limited quantity available. Get it when you can! At Daxivin, Amsterdam.
Belle couleur orange, belle structure et finale un peu tannique. Excellent !
