An engineer by training, Kenjiro found a magnificent estate in Grusse, below Lons-le-Saunier. He calls it the realm of mirrors (Kagami means mirror and he likes the idea that his work reflects his image). He owns 1.5 hectares of Chardonnay, 1 hectare of Savagnin, 40 ares of Poulsard and 20 ares of Trousseau. Vines he is proud of, full of flowers and herbs that he collects for his personal consumption. It vinifies in vats and barrels, without sulfur.
