I settled in 2017. On 7 ha grown organically, I farm Chenin, Côt, Pinot noir and Cabernet Sauvignon by experimenting with agro-environmental practices such as eco-grazing. In the vines, a spontaneous grass is left to preserve the flora and auxiliary fauna useful for the balance of the vine. Here, the harvest is manual and the vinifications little interventionist under indigenous yeasts. The objective is to reveal a terroir, an identity, a vintage on each of the vintages. Thousands of agricultural and agroforestry projects (planting of trees, hedges, birdhouses, inter-row crops, planting of green manure ...) are teeming in my head. But for the moment I’m doing my best to carry out my young winegrower campaigns. The plus of the field: since the beginning of 2020, my partner has been helping me with the manual tasks of the vineyard and, baker by trade, he has set up his bakery on the farm. Because, for us, wine and good bread are vectors of sharing and social bond. Followers of good food and drink ... for sure!

Je me suis installé en 2017. Sur 7 ha cultivés en bio, j’exploite Chenin, Côt, Pinot noir et Cabernet Sauvignon en expérimentant des pratiques agro-environnementales telles que l’éco-pâturage. Dans les vignes, est laissé un enherbement spontané pour préserver la flore et la faune auxiliaire utile à l’équilibre de la vigne. Ici, les vendanges se veulent manuelles et les vinifications peu interventionnistes sous levures indigènes. L’objectif est de révéler un terroir, une identité, un millésime sur chacune des cuvées. Milles projets agricoles, d’agroforesterie (implantations d’arbres, de haies, de nichoirs à oiseaux, de cultures inter-rangs, de semis d’engrais verts…) fourmillent dans ma tête. 
Mais pour l’instant je fais au mieux pour mener à bien mes campagnes de jeune vigneronne. 
Le + du domaine : depuis début 2020, mon conjoint m’aide aux tâches manuelles de la vigne et, boulanger de métier, il a installé son fournil artisanal à même l’exploitation. Car, pour nous, le vin et le bon pain sont des vecteurs de partage et de lien sociaux. Adeptes du bien boire et bien manger… pour sûr !
