Magnifique et surprenant vin orange, une première (je pense avec Cascina Fornace) du cépage Arneis, macération sur peaux d’une dizaine de jours: très beau nez, du corps, de l’élan, une belle acidité, un tanin bien présent, beaucoup de fraîcheur....une très très belle découverte. Azienda Valfaccenda dans le Roero, Piémont italien, a ne pas manquer!
