Very nice! Especially because we were served this bottle at a small, lovely restaurant in Roccatederighi, where « la mamma » cooked us a wonderful pasta, with homemade ravioli.

Before it was strong like supertuscan wine . Right here , right now it’s a beautiful and juicy wine which still got some local character. Young tannins will be nicer with some smoky sausages or with barbecue . Elisabetta and her son are pretty noble with their success in Trentino . Focused on biodynamic and local grape varieties Foradori producing great wines in both regions . Ampeleia 70 ha at all / 35 under vineyard 3 single vineyards with different terroirs Biodynamic/ some parts still on organic
