Frais, tendu, équilibré, un très beau jus du Jura. Ça se boit tout seul, ou bien accompagné.
Reductive nose , plum , pear , easty and sake notes Medium body , soft and dry style high acidity
Tranchant comme un katana, avec une belle touche de pierre à fusil. C’est top. Coup de ❤️
Vraiment un cépage très bon mise en valeur par cette magnifique vinification.
Naturé is an old name for Savagnin. Wild fermentation in stainless steel, then matured in old oak barrels. Bottled without filtration and very little sulphur. Very pleasant herbal notes. Soil: blue and gray marl soil.
