Comme d'hab, c'est bon!! Bu sur 48h, il est droit d'entrée de jeu mais gagne en épice après quelques heures d'aération. Clou de girofle, muscade?? Ça titre 10°5, impensable en Gaillac et pourtant si. On en boirait beaucoup... ici pas de bois au goût, c'est le fruit le fruit et le fruit. Peut être que ça pourrait se garder un certain temps en cave ?? Pas eu la patience 😉
