MEZZELUNE 2016 CA 'DEI QUATTRO ARCHI (Imola) #cadeiquattroarchi Dried Albana. 2 months of #skincontact, 6 months in steel on fine lees. The sympathy, simplicity and humility of these splendid boys Rita and Mauro is transformed into wine. A simple but non-trivial macerated wine, reminiscent of apricot and peach, candied ginger, annurca apple and propolis, sage and marjoram, balsamic and resinous puffs, in an iodized and citrus finish ... In the mouth of good structure, the rich and persuasive sip where acidity and salinity but above all a well-present tannin give balance, harmony and excellent drink. An agriculture free of synthetic products, with manual harvests, spontaneous fermentations without filtrations or clarifications lead to these excellent results.
