7ha estate including 5ha of vines in production, syrah, carignan, grenache noir, muscat petit grain, lledoner pelut and macabeu. All the work in the vineyard is done manually with the exception of plowing which is carried out by a service provider once or twice a year. This involves surface plowing and the passage of the intervine for the trellised vines. The treatments in the vineyard are mainly treatments with volcanic sulfur to fight against powdery mildew and only in cases of strong mildew pressure the use of a small quantity of Bordeaux mixture. These treatments are done using a knapsack sprayer and are therefore reasoned according to the seasons. Some seasons a single pass is enough to protect the harvest. Harvesting is done manually in boxes. The sorting is done in the vineyard. The grapes are then, depending on the cuvées, either pressed directly using a vertical press or (for the reds) vinified by carbonic maceration. The fermentations start spontaneously, native yeasts, there is very little intervention in the cellar.
