Ants is nothing more than the beginning of a journey. We have chosen the Ansonica in the area that hosts, nourishes and keeps it unique: the Maremma. Near the sea we cultivate an old vineyard by hand, we do not use synthetic products in respect of the soil, of those who live it and those who harvest the fruits. In fermentation we let the character of this variety express, seeking its finesse and complexity. We think that every wind, every rain and every harvest are part of a journey that we are discovering together.
