The moon is a star that has always fascinated me. It is the symbol of everything that is cyclical, like the seasons and of course the vine. The moon has also been closely linked to peasant agriculture for a very long time, which was the means of subsistence of my ancestors in the Ardèche mountains...

Settled in 2023, my first vintage comes from grapes bought from winegrower friends near me. Little by little, I am taking back the vines; particularly from the start of 2024 when I took over a few vines on family plots (0.80ha). I support them with respect for the living: organic treatments, natural grass cover... With a small surface area of vines, all the work is carried out by hand.

All the grapes come from sandstone terroirs typical of the Cévennes region and certified in organic farming or in conversion. The harvest is done by hand and is transported in boxes to the cellar. No inputs used during vinification, no fining, no filtration. I add a small dose of sulphites (1g/hl) at the time of bottling to protect the wine during this decisive stage. My goal is to produce fresh, joyful and accessible wines.
