The company was founded at the end of the 19th century on the volcanic hills of Gambellara. Founded by the Menti family and now in its fourth generation of winemakers, today it is run by Stefano who immediately introduced a clean philosophy aimed at producing authentic wines. The minimum intervention in the vineyard and in the cellar is applied, thanks to the help of biological and biodynamic principles, the presence of sheep and manual work in the vineyard. We cultivate Garganega grapes and a small plot of Duella on land rich in tuff and black basalt. During the vinification we use only indigenous yeasts. The second fermentation of sparkling and sparkling wines is triggered with only the Garganega must, which is left to dry for a few months using the Pipaio Vicentino method. With the Garganega passita we are also going to produce two aged wines. The company has 5.5 hectares of land. We produce 40-50 thousand bottles a year, exported to almost 50 countries around the world.
