Direct pressing of the Premsal 2020, short maceration of the Callet and Fogoneu 2021, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts and subsequent assembly. Aging for 12 months in 500 L barrels for Premsal, plus 9 months in tank after assembly. Wild red strawberries, floral, delicate, aromatic herbs, mineral, saline, vibrant and elegant.
