Een fijne frisse Sauvignon Blanc, semillon en een beetje chenin blanc. Een mooie blend en een heerlijke dorstlesser. Aromatische met tonen van witte perzik en citrus, tropisch fruit en groene kruiden. Dankzij de mooie rijping van de sauvignon blanc druiven en de 12 dagen schil contact van de semillon, ontstaat hier een zachte, mineralen en licht oranje uit de Perigord

Maria and Sepp Muster began their winery in 2000 on 10ha of family land that dates back to 1727. After gaining experience abroad, the couple embraced nature as ‘the greatest teacher’ and settled in south Styria near the Slovenian border. Today they farm 22ha. The soil gives the wines great minerality which is a signature of their wines. The vineyards host over 70 different plant species - a tribute to their biodynamic approach which cultivates biodiversity. Elegant wine. Mineral, fresh but complex, thirst- quenching, salty, great with our menu!
