Elegante e raffinato. Bolla ben presente senza infastidire. Naso croccante e maturo.
A fantastic light almost ethereal champagne, very clear and distinct. Not much of the darkness that some pinots can have, in that perspective it reminds of Val Vilaine (C. Bouchard). Flowery, perhaps a bit of honey but sharp. Buy it and drink it with food. Suggestion: small pancakes of buckwheat with whitefish roe and smetana (or creme fraiche) and lemon would be perfect with the wine.
