I like this early harvested wine. It tastes fresh and young, very easy going natural style (a bit natural sulfit) light red wine. Fruity (casis), could be very nice with good ham, salami, marinated small fishes and good olives but not with the heavy oily and mostly deep fried antipasti mix what we had at Buatta in Palermo. A pleasant chilled red wine for the summer or as a starter in the winter.
