Notes of citrus, mandarins. Oxidative notes, apples, butter. Balanced acidity. Nice and easy!

While I’m not a huge fan of the picture on the label of this wine 😂, it is GOOD. Super sour, citrusy, and funky pear notes. Beautiful caramel-y color too.

For Antonio "Billy" Camazzola of @vignedelpellagroso in Mantua and precisely in Mozambano, cultivating vines from old neglected plots and producing wine in biodynamic agriculture without the addition of So2, is a rather difficult undertaking, dangerous but above all courageous. Billy, with the help of Marcello T, armed with 44 Magnum, faces and fights all the incredulous locals who had considered it bizarre and whimsical, producing this Pinot Grigio 2018 MAGNUM 44 Direct pressing, fermentation and aging in exhausted tonneaux, copper-colored tenuous onion peel, notes of hay, dried flowers, acacia and elder, camomile, barley sweets and dried fruit. With a slender body, but with supreme balance and balance between hard and soft components, it gives freshness, style, compactness and danger, but with a Magnum 44 in the body, pride and pride become the shield and shell in these days of excessive / extraordinary heat. unprejudiced Shared with Billy, Marcello and Iggy and the STOOGES and their lethal "Gimme Danger. https://youtu.be/P9_hegaKOaY
