Ripe plums, cherry skins and a rugged warmth with a pleasant but volatile acidity which all makes for a pretty complex wine. 100% old vine garnacha made from a selection of vineyards near the small village of Acered, Aragon. Naturally fermented in stainless steel, with a portion of oak blended in at bottling Pablito is a young and unctuously juicy but weighty garnacha. Unfiltered and not fined. Incredible!
