Not sure what grapes are in this bottle, conflicting info on the internet. Regardless, this was my first apero on a hot 90 degree NYC early evening at Ten Bells. Delicious and thirst quenching with a bracing minerality. Perfect with Rhode Island oysters. Super drinkable!

Fruité et frais, la bulle est fine. Une belle longueur, une amertume chic en fin de bouche... Impossible de s'arrêter, c'est rudement bon.
