Nez Timide, mais en bouche il surprend par fraîcheur légèrement acidulé. Après quelques tours de verre il s'avère soyeux.
Tout simplement un des 2 meilleurs Faugère bu jusqu'ici! À ouvrir un peu avant pour laisser le terroir s'exprimer! Ça bosse bien chez les Andrieu!!!
Lightly effervescent. Deep ink purple. Initially tastes of a strong resin (band-aid) followed by a alcohol hit which reminds me of a kirsch. Fruit is very black currant forward. Heavy spice notes of sage. After being open an hour, the wine has changed. Much more like a Lambrusco. Plus getting green olive brine, perhaps even a little pimento!!
