Denso e deciso, profumato di mora e succo di mirtillo. Al palato è setoso, con un’acidità vibrante che ricorda la ciliegia, ma che avvolge il palato e durante la beva assume note quasi caramellate, o balsamiche. Fermentazione in cemento, con il 20% dei grappoli interi e poi affinamento in acciaio di qualche mese.
