This pet nat was made from at least ten varietals, field blend, all harvested at the same time and co-fermented. This year there seemed to be less rs than usual. Complex, bright and fresh nose. The palate is multi layered, many fruit and vegetative elements. Well balanced and very much alive with lovely and focused minerality. Precise acidity from mid-palate to the finish. Very gluggable, would pair nicely with many foods, delicious!!!
