9.5 / $25 / Selection Naturel / foamed out as soon as i opened it. Quickly tried to save as much as possible. Even after foaming, lots of tight bubbles remained. Not a lot of nose here, but the flavor and texture is outstanding. Super fun to just roll around tongue. Bubbles are great. Earthy beet like flavors, pithy grapefruit, a little tangerine tang. Not sweet at all, but to say it's "dry" doesn't describe it well either. Despite its pretty dark color it's clearly a rosato. Like a dried Dapple Dan plum. Love this wine!
