Sols : Granit Biodynamic viticulture. Whole bunch, infusion method for the maceration. Aged in « jarres » and sandstones eggs. No filtering, no finning. Total sulfite : 13mg/L Very tasty. Red fruits, some black pepper. A lot of energy in this wine. Delicate in the palate, easy drinking but still a rare wine. Only 2451 bottles produced for that vintage.
Gamay vieilles vignes incroyable.
