Great Pinot Noir from Yann Durieux. Full of red fruits and spices!!!
Not everyone in Burgundy chaptalizes, and adding sugar is not the worst sin, since at least grapes contain it, unlike wood. But this wine's 10% reads like a j'accuse against the chaptalizers, with its perfect body and balance, and lovely exotic aromas. Primary, of course, but delicious.
Un pinot d'exception....
