Moody as always, lingering, and with a slightly bitter after-taste but overall complex and fun.
Strawberry - flowers - rose - peach 🍑 Juicy and very pronounced
Great stuff , developed and showing gold cut between classic and modern winemaking . Typical aromas for Sangiovese, smooth tannins , huge acidity and drinkable style That’s make sense: Only 3 ha on galestro with no ceparating between Rosso and Brunello Biodynamic, but no certification Long aging in oak and concrete
If you look for best balance between classic and modern wine - here it is . Best Rosso Di Montalcino I ever tried .
