13%. Super dark, a bit closed, fresh mouthfeel, attractive acidity, medium tannins. One of the advantages of qvevri is the merciful absence if wood, but the fruit here is a bit unspecific, so it may need a few more years to justify its existence.
Like a classic Bourdeux. Perfectly balanced. Peppery finish. Will last for several more years and mature well.
Une belle macération portée sur le fruit. Agréable à boire
